Students must have successfully completed the Fundamentals in Hypnotherapy course to enroll in the Advanced Course.
Upon successful completion of the Advanced Course in Hypnotherapy, you will automatically be accepted as a certified member into the National Guild Of Hypnotists upon submitting their paperwork and paying their dues. Students will be required to demonstrate an ability to work with fellow classmates in both the classroom setting as well as the practical application of relaxation, suggestions, guided visualizations, and pinpointing. Each course is of varying importance. Therefore grading requirements differ from section to section and the student will be well prepared to meet the testing requirements. If performance is not satisfactory, the student can retest by reviewing the material, listening to discussion after every test, and retest outside the normal class hours. Oral exams will be graded on a satisfactory / unsatisfactory basis only.

Refund Example B
If a student has paid in full for the Fundamental or Advanced Courses and has received less than 67.5 of instruction (45% of total curriculum paid for) and cancels his/her enrollment or is dismissed, the refund would be calculated using the same formula referenced above. The following is an example of how his refund would be calculated:
(If 67.5 Hours or more are completed, the whole tuition was charged.)
If you cancel your enrollment or are dismissed for non-compliance of student policy and a refund is due; the amount will be calculated on the last day you attend class and will be made within 60 days of cancellation, dismissal, or attendance.
Late Enrollment Fee
If enrollment is not received seven days prior to class class commencement, a late enrollment fee of $50.00 will be charged, in addition to the registration fees and class tuition.
